Meet Our Team

Jamie started with the organization, as Executive Director, in 2015. She came to the position with 10 years of experience in non-profit and business as well as a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University.
 

She manages all aspects of the organizational functions including project coordination, store oversight, fundraising, donor and volunteer management, and more. 

Karla handles the daily operations of the resale store, including volunteer recruitment and donation coordination.  

Kristi joined the board in 2023, but has worked with Home Team Housing in various capacities through her employment.  Kristi's background includes education, nonprofit and economic development.  

Jeff joined the board in 2019.  His background is in insurance. 

Susan joined the board in 2023.  Susan's background is in education.  

Jeff joined the board in 2024.  His has been volunteering with the organization since 2015.  His background is in law. 

Blake joined the board in 2019.  Blake's background is in lending.  

John joined the board in 2024.  John's background is in planning, governance, and development. 

Vanessa joined the board in 2026. Her background includes business, real estate, and finance.
